Does each client need liability insurance?
Yes, it is imperative that each renter has liability insurance in place before the event. Insurance must be provided 30 days before the rental, or it will be cancelled. A $2 million liability policy is required, and the City of Miramar must be listed as additional insured and certificate holder. We offer an online service which can be accessed at the OneBeacon Entertainment Insurance Products website and our code is 0049-008.

If you decide that you will not provide insurance, you will be charged a $400 flat fee, which must be paid 30 days before the event. It your event goes to midnight, a 2 day policy will be required.Visit the OneBeacon Entertainment website.
